The ground rules
What using this site means for you. Last edited 13 October 2026.
1. Who these terms are with
This website is published by TwoTwoSix Pty Ltd (ABN 42 608 482 506). Using the site means agreeing to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
2. What the site is
LastCall publishes editorial articles about checked baggage, travel-insurance wording and carrying valuables while flying. It does not sell goods or services, take bookings, hold money or process payments, and it is not an airline, an airport, an insurer, a bank or a claims service.
3. Information, not advice
These pages are general information, not personal financial, legal or insurance advice. Airline conditions, insurance wording, regulations and prices all change, and we can’t promise every detail is current the day you read it. Confirm anything that matters with your own airline, insurer or the seller — the sources named on each page make that possible.
4. The advertising link
Some links lead to an online seller, and we may earn a commission if you buy after following one. Those links are labelled and open the seller’s own page directly. A purchase is a contract between you and the seller, on the seller’s terms — we are not a party to it and don’t control its stock, price or delivery.
5. Your rights under consumer law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss that comes from relying on a page without checking it against its source, or for the content, availability or conduct of any website we link to. We take care to keep pages accurate and correct mistakes once we learn of them.
7. Content and links
The text, design and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Short extracts can be quoted with a link back to the page; please don’t copy whole pages. Linking to any page here is fine.
8. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; the date above shows when. They are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
